The Desktop User Interface
is the starting point for your everyday activities: Its configurable
views list your (and your colleague's) pending tasks, documents in
work, missed phone calls, unread emails and much more. Click on one of
the listed items and start your work with just a minimal number of
mouseclicks: Reply to emails using templates, start documents, send
emails with automatically zipped attachments etc.

Contacts

The Contacts
User Interface is your control center for just about
anything related to a contact: Besides all kinds of contact data, you
find lists of all phone calls with a contact, all emails, all documents
etc. Not only you see your own emails, you get your colleague's emails
listed as well.
With a minimal number of mouse clicks you create
documents from templates, initiate phone calls, write emails, look at
the contact's websites, assign documents and more.
Last but not least, the contacts relations with
other contacts and with projects are listed including the contact's
role in these realations.

The Project
Information Center forms the third dimension of your views
to information (User Desktop, Contact & Project). Besides a
powerful hierarchical project system supporting templates, all
important information and communication related to a project is listed:
Documents, URL's, phone call protocols, emails, assigned users and
contacts etc. Take this window as the starting point for all project
related activities!
